Mollie is a member of our growing investment team. With a background in strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment manager selection and monitoring, Mollie has a wide ranging remit and is particularly focused on driving our ESG capabilities.

Mollie has a first class degree in mathematics from the University of Bristol, helping her to launch a career in finance fresh from graduation. Mollie joined Mercer and quickly qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (specialising in investments), bringing a specialist perspective to risk management and investment selection.

Julia Dreblow

Founding Director, SRI Services

Julia has specialised in retail sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) for nearly three decades, advocating for greater investor focus on sustainability - believing that it’s not only necessary, but financially sound and what many clients want.

Since 2010 she’s run her own business, SRI Services, helping financial professionals align sustainable investment funds with investor aims through their Fund EcoMarket database. Her business has earned industry recognition, winning the ‘Best Sustainable & ESG Support Provider’ award in 2021.

Julia also contributes to shaping sustainability disclosure and investment labelling as part of the FCA’s Disclosure and Labels Advisory Group and holds the vice chair position in the FCA’s advisers’ Sustainability Group.
