Victoria Sena, Chief Operating Officer, Six Degrees
Victoria is the Chief Operating Officer of Six Degrees, a fully independent, advice and values-led wealth manager. Prior to this role Victoria was the COO of a boutique asset manager, set up her own regulatory consultancy, and spent over seven years at the Bank of England where she completed secondments to Whitehall and Parliament. She is a Chartered Member of CISI and a Trustee for Microenterprise Africa.
Sarah Steele, Operations Director, Yellowtail Financial Planning
Sarah started her career in financial services at NatWest in Knightsbridge, working as a relationship manager for high-net-worth clients. After successfully building a portfolio from scratch she was invited to join Coutts where she spent seven years working in their high-profile private banking team. In 2022 she became Yellowtail Financial Planning’s first Operations Director. A role encompassing marketing strategy, new business development, team culture, project implementation, recruitment, monitoring the client service proposition and co-hosting The Century Plan podcast!
