It's Back, Bigger and Better

Adviser 3.0 conference is back for 2024 at Magazine London on 16th May and will be bigger and better than ever, running from 9am to 10pm. With a keynote and Q&A with renowned entrepreneur Deborah Meaden and the first ever UK live appearance of ‘Traction’ author and business growth guru Gino Wickman, alongside top tier industry speakers.

The 2024 event promises to be a day filled with energy, excellence, and engagement. Advisers attending will be treated to inspiring presentations, stimulating interviews, captivating tech demonstrations, and interactive discussions that bring new ideas and challenge conventional norms. 

In addition to Deborah Meaden and Gino Wickman, the lineup of speakers includes industry luminaries such as Abraham Okusanya, CEO of Timeline; Ola Abdul, CEO of Fundment; Heather Hopkins, founder of Next Wealth; Stephen Gazard, Head of Distribution at Quilter; Martin Jennings, CEO of Parmenion; Cathi Harrison, CEO of Verve Group; Richard Rowney, CEO of Nucleus; and Victoria Sena, COO of Six Degrees, and we'll be announcing many more prominent figures in the weeks to come.

We have extended the one-day conference this year to fit the action-packed agenda, ample opportunities for networking during the day, as well as an exhilarating after-party featuring DJs and performers, including Heart FM and TV Presenter Toby Anstis.

Gino Wickman

An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Gino had an obsession for learning what makes businesses thrive. At 25 he took over the family business, which was deeply in debt and in need of help. After turning the company around and running it for seven years, he and his partners successfully sold the company.

Gino then set out to help business owners and leaders get what they want out of their businesses. Based on his years of real-world experience, he created the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a practical method for helping companies achieve greatness. 

He has personally delivered more than 2,000 full-day sessions for more than 135 companies, helping them implement EOS. He is also the author of the award-winning, best-selling book Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business, which has sold over 1 million copies, as well as five other books in the Traction Library that have sold over 2 million copies.

Gino is the founder of EOS Worldwide, an organisation that helps thousands of businesses implement EOS with the aid of an international team of over 700 professional and certified EOS Implementers and online support. There are over 200,000 companies using the EOS tools worldwide.

Deborah Meaden

Deborah is a business leader, author and is well known for her role as an investor on Dragons Den which she joined in 2006. 

Deborah supports ethical, fair practice both in business and in life believing that taking care of the environment and wildlife is essential for our future security and wellbeing.  She is actively involved in a carefully selected group of environmental charities; is a fellow of the WWF, a trustee of Tusk Trust, an ambassador for the Marine Conservation Society, World Horse Welfare and recently the RSPB amongst others.  She has become a CIWF Compassion Visionary.

In early 2022 Deborah co-hosted the first series of The Big Green Money Show with Felicity Hannah, looking at company impact on the planet as well as how sustainability can be viewed as an opportunity or an inconvenience.  

In July 2023 her book ‘Why Money Matters’ was published; an accessible guide to the world of money for 6 to 9 year olds and became an instant best seller.

 


 

Adviser 3.0: Change Agents

The conference was launched in 2023, by Timeline CEO and founder, Abraham Okusanya to bring innovation and technology to the fore, alongside investing and planning. With an audience of 550 advice professionals and Baroness Karren Brady & Seth Godin as headline speakers, the event held at 133 Houndsditch, in May 2023, garnered universally positive feedback, leading to an even bigger event in 2024.
